You can cancel before mass production starts and we’ll refund any refundable portion (tooling/special parts that have already been purchased are non-refundable).
Once production is underway, cancellation isn’t possible; we can still help adjust shipping marks, documents, or delivery timing. Please contact us ASAP with your PO number.

Wire transfer (T/T) — standard for OEM/ODM (usually 30% deposit, 70% before shipment).

Credit/Debit cards (Visa/Mastercard) or PayPal — for samples/small runs.

L/C at sight — available for large orders upon approval.

Prices are shown exclusive of VAT. VAT (or local tax) is applied at checkout/invoicing based on the destination and buyer type:

• EU businesses with a valid VAT number: reverse-charge/zero-rated where applicable.
