Domestic US Shipping

Shipping Regions & Fees

We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states from our warehouse in California.

Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Excluded Areas: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories require special arrangements.
Remote Surcharge: Destinations >1,500 miles from CA may incur $5–$15 added fee.

Processing & Transit Time

Order Processing: 1–3 business days (excludes weekends/holidays).
Transit Time: 3–7 business days via USPS/UPS/FedEx:
- West Coast: 2–4 days
- Midwest: 3–5 days
- East Coast: 5–7 days

Tax Policy

Prices on our website include all applicable taxes. For tax refunds, eligibility depends on your country’s tax regulations. Basengreen will provide supporting invoices upon request.

Shipments from China Warehouse:

For small-value orders, we handle all logistics including DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and DTD (Door-to-Door) services. Import customs/tariffs are included in shipping fees. If unexpected shipping issues arise, we will contact you. If delivery to your address becomes impossible, we will issue a full refund and cancel your order.

Delivery Terms

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for losses due to customer-provided incorrect addresses. If packages are returned due to address errors, reshipping fees will be borne by the customer.
As these are overseas shipments, delays may occur due to customs congestion, severe weather, national policies, labor strikes, etc. We cannot accept unconditional refunds or cancellations for such delays.
Customers should wait patiently and cooperate to resolve shipping issues. Refunds are not accepted during transit unless the package is lost.
Customers are responsible for any losses if they are unavailable when delivery is attempted.
Transit times shown on our website are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before shipment. Cancelations are unavailable after shipment.
